Mayor Tremblay to visit Verdun
On Friday, October 5, Montreal Mayor Gérald Tremblay will meet with several Verdun residents as part of his borough tour.
Gérald Tremblay will arrive in Verdun in the morning and will begin his visit at City Hall. There he will meet with employees and many of the “Great Verdunites” with whom he will hold discussions. After this meeting, he will spend about an hour with representatives and members of Verdun’s socio-community organizations.
The Mayor will then proceed to L'Île-des-Sœurs. He will visit the elementary school and will no doubt have conversations with teachers and students. His next stop will be the construction site of the Trinité Golf, Spa et Sanctuaire, located in the southern tip of the island.
The Mayor then returns to the mainland – Verdun – and will visit the Douglas Hospital before going to Promenade Wellington where he will spend about fifteen minutes chatting with retailers and residents.
Mayor Tremblay will conclude his tour at noon in Crescendo restaurant where he will address business people who will gather for the Midi-Motivation event.
