Island Walking Club information meeting

Co-founded by Island residents, Lise Couture and Serge Bellemare, it was quickly increased in size and is gaining more members with every day. Whether you're young or old, extremely fit or just interested in a leisurely stroll, "Marchons dans l'Ile" can accommodate you and your walking style.

Organizers will be on hand, starting at 6 p.m. to answer any questions and provide information on the club. The activity is free and there is no registration required. All fitness levels are welcome. Participants always leave from the Elgar Centre. The schedule, at the moment, is: Wednesday and Saturday morning, at 7:30 a.m.; Monday and Wednesday evening at 7 p.m.; Tuesday at 3 p.m.; Friday at 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Throughout the year, a number of last-minute events are organized as well.
