Chemin du Golf: industrial park projects

Steps have been taken to organise meetings between the developers representative and the residents who will potentially be affected. These meetings are intended for the developer and residents to exchange information about the project.

Mrs. Michèle Veilleux-Poulin, a lawyer and licensed real estate broker will lead these discussions. She has sent a letter to all residents concerned requesting them to meet in the next few days. The residents opinions are very important and could influence the strategies to be taken by the Canvar Group. Based on these informations, the developer will organize focus groups in order to present the various scenarios and different possibilities.

The project will affect seven buildings located between 700 and 1150 chemin du Golf. The buildings in this area are being built on land covered by a 99-year emphyteutic lease which expires in 2064. The project could very well be initiated in the next few months, but the phases of the work will be stretched over several years.
